Week 39

 General Conference and Eduardo!!

This week our friend Eduardo was baptized! He was super excited and a little nervous but it was awesome to get to see his process. His parents passed away a while ago, he isn’t married and has no kids so he lives basically alone. And he said that he is super excited to be apart of ward family. Sometimes we don’t think too much about how important it is to have a ward family, but for some people that don’t have friends or family, it makes all the difference. It's a place of belonging and of love.
This week was a little rough concerning missionary work, I got sick on Tuesday and it got progressively worse every day. The members were so nice to try and take care of me, but really I just needed to rest. So we called a bunch of people in the apartment and we actually found 2 people that have interest to learn more! That was a little miracle!
This week was super fun with general conference! I love inviting people to come and listen to the living prophet and the 12 apostles of the Lord! Because people don’t know that God has called a prophet today! And I love sharing that with everyone because it kind of catches them off guard haha. But I'm so grateful that we have a prophet to guide us! I invite you if you haven't listened or read his talk, to go listen to it! It gave me super motivation to throw out all negativity in my life and share love and light! I'm super excited this week to be able to put that into practice!

I love you guys all so much but more importantly God loves you!
